Terms & Conditions of Rental

1.	A 50% deposit is to be paid by direct credit into bank account number 010697 0137815 00 for the Lodge or 010505 0440458 00 for the Cottages to secure a booking.
2.	The balance owing is due one month prior to arrival, either by direct credit or credit card.  All credit card transactions incur a 3% surcharge.  
3.	Deposits are non-refundable but credited to future bookings and can be transferred to friends or family. Deposits may be refunded but only if accommodation is rebooked by other guests.  A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged on refunded deposits.
4.	At the time of the booking the Terms & Conditions will be emailed and this form must be filled in, signed and returned.
5.	There is a 2 night minimum stay all year except for holiday weekends when a 3 night minimum stay is required.  There is a 5 night minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year period.
6.	Check in is from 2pm on day of arrival.  If an earlier check in is wanted, a request must be accepted by management. Check out is strictly 10am on the day of departure unless agreed by management that a later checkout is acceptable.  This request must be made prior to arrival.
7.	All breakages, damage and extra cleaning costs will be charged to the renter.
8.	Animals are not permitted in the Lodge under any circumstances but the Cottages are pet friendly by prior arrangement.
9.	Smoking is prohibited inside any of the accommodation.
10.	No highly aromatic cooking is allowed inside the accommodation.
11.	All doors must be locked at all times when the guests are off the property.  The guest’s property is their responsibility and the owners are not responsible for breakage or loss due to the accommodation being left unlocked.
12.	All guests must abide by the law and local by-laws at all times.  Please respect noise control laws.
13.	The lounge, dining and kitchen area MUST be left in the state and condition it was found in on arrived, i.e.
•	Dishes cleaned and put away
•	Rubbish removed to wheelie bin and/or recycle bins outside
•	All lights and heating turned off
