Six private, self-contained cottages nestled amongst the orchards and farmland of beautiful Hawke’s Bay, offering a peaceful rural escape while being just 1km from the heart of Havelock North Village.

Our cottages provide a relaxed alternative to a traditional motel, with the space and privacy to make yourself at home. Each cottage is fully self-contained and self-catering, making them ideal for couples, families, business travellers and groups visiting Hawke’s Bay.

 Guests can enjoy our heated 15m swimming pool, maintained at approximately 28°C from Labour Weekend through to ANZAC Day, along with the peaceful surroundings and open rural setting.

Havelock North Village, with its vibrant cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping and easy access to some of Hawke’s Bay’s renowned wineries, is just a 10-minute walk away. Hastings city centre is approximately a 5-minute drive.

 Our cottages are also pet friendly. You are welcome to bring your furry friend with you; we simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and bedding. Whether you’re visiting Hawke’s Bay for a relaxing getaway, business, a family visit, wedding or sporting event, Cottages on St Andrews provides a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, close to everything Havelock North has to offer.

The vibrant cafes, wineries, restaurants and shopping of Havelock North Village is a 10-minute walk away and it’s a 5-minute drive to Hastings city centre.

    The Homestead - Cottage 1

    3 bedroom cottage with 2 king bedrooms and 1 twin share. This cottage has full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas hobs, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The 50 flat screen TV is great for watching 50+ Sky TV channels. The large deck has plenty of outdoor furniture & a gas BBQ and is bathed in sunshine. The large private garden setting is ideal for families wanting to relax and have fun.

  • Modern and light-filled kitchenette and dining area, Features include a compact fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dining table with leather chairs, natural light through large windows.

    Te Mata Cottage - Cottage 2

    2 bedroom cottage with 1 king bedroom and 1 twin share with a central dining, kitchen and lounge area. It is close to the children’s adventure playground and next to the swimming pool. The kitchen comprises of microwave, electric frypan, 2 gas hobs, bar fridge and all cutlery, crockery & glassware. the flat screen TV has 50+ Sky channels. The heat pump heats or cools the cottage as required.

  • Bright and inviting bedroom. Featuring a comfortable King bed with crisp white linen, soft grey bedding, bedside tables with modern lamps, and large windows allowing natural light to fill the room.

    Kidnappers Cottage - Cottage 3

    2 bedroom cottage with 1 king bedroom and 1 twin share with a central dining, kitchen and lounge area. It is close to the childrens adventure playground and near to the swimming pool. The kitchen comprises of microwave, electric frypan, 2 gas hobs, bar fridge and all cutlery, crockery & glassware. the flat screen TV has 50+ Sky channels. The heat pump heats or cools the cottage as required

    This lovely cottage has 2 king bedrooms at either end of the cottage and a living, dining & kitchen area in the middle. Its large deck extends out to the alpaca paddock and is drenched in afternoon sun - just perfect for enjoying the Hawkes Bay wines. The kitchen comprises of microwave, electric frypan, 2 gas hobs and a bar fridge. There is also a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking. The flat screen TV has 50+ Sky TV channels plus there is a DVD/Blue Ray player for your entertainment.

    Stockman's Cottage -Cottage 5

    This lovely cottage has 2 king bedrooms at either end of the cottage and a living, dining & kitchen area in the middle. The kitchen comprises of microwave, electric frypan, 2 gas hobs and a bar fridge. There is also a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.     Shearers Rest - Studio Unit

    This gorgeous and sunny King Studio has its own private courtyard with views out to the alpaca paddock with a beautiful ensuite bathroom and lounge area perfect for your next escape. The kitchen facilities include a microwave, 2 electric hobs, an electric frypan, bar fridge and Gas BBQ. The flat screen TV has 50+ Sky channels and there is a DVD + CD player for your entertainment. The Studio is very close to the swimming pool.
